		Randy McNeely Senior Pastor Email Randy Randy grew up in Southern Indiana, served in the United States Air Force and the Kentucky Air National Guard as a civilian technician. He graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a BA in English Literature and from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. He has served and pastored churches in Indiana including Memphis United Methodist, Zenas Baptist Church, First Baptist Church of West Baden and Sullivan First Baptist Church. He most recently served 8 ½ years as Associate Minister assigned to Area 4 in the Great Rivers Region in Illinois/Missouri. He and his wife, Pat, have two boys, Wes and Brad, and five grandchildren, Cody, Micah, Kyler, Keenan and Kaylee Jo (KJ to Papaw). Randy and Pat both enjoy fishing, hiking and camping in the mountains (the Rockies).
		Janet Staley Administration Assistant Email Janet Janet has been an American Baptist for approximately 50 years and has been employed as Administrative Assistant at First Baptist Church Greencastle for 28 years. She has 3 grown daughters – Cindy Miller, Cathy Tesmer, and Laura Hinkle, 3 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren. Her hobbies and interests include the love of gospel music, which she shared with her late husband, Rev. Bill Staley, and also enjoys working in ministries that involve shepherding and caring for people. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking care of her cats, quilting, reading, and listening to good music. She collects Boyd’s Bears, Bernstein Bears and memorabilia, and Willow Tree Angels.
		Sara Crowe Jesus J.A.M. Director Email Sara Sara has taught pre-school at First Baptist Church for 2 years, and has operated a state licensed Child Care for 5 years. Sara is currently finishing her associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Sara is also the mother of two very active children. Sara believes that seeing the world through a child's eye is how God wants us to see it.
		Carrie Hamilton Music Director Email Carrie Carrie grew up in Iowa where she cultivated her relationship with the Lord at an early age through music at her church. While serving on a mission trip, she met her husband Scott. They attended Anderson University together. Carrie graduated with a degree in Music Education in 2006. and currently teaches at Greencastle High School and Middle School teaching choir. Carrie resides in Greencastle with Scott and their dogs Bella and Trace. Carrie sites music, kids, and serving her loving God, as her passions in life.
